maximumOfMaskedPixels

Determines the maximum intensity in an image, but only in pixels which have non-zero values in another mask image.

Parameters

source : Image The image of which the minimum of all pixels or voxels where mask=1 will be determined. mask : Image A binary image marking all pixels with 1 which should be taken into accout.
