meanOfMaskedPixels

Determines the mean intensity in a masked image.

Only in pixels which have non-zero values in another binary mask image.

Usage in ImageJ macro

Ext.CLIJ2_meanOfMaskedPixels(Image source, Image mask);

clij2.meanOfMaskedPixels(source, mask);
