argMaximumZProjection

Determines the maximum projection of an image stack along Z.

Furthermore, another 2D image is generated with pixels containing the z-index where the maximum was found (zero based).

Availability: Available in Fiji by activating the update sites clij and clij2. This function is part of clij2_-2.5.0.1.jar.
